The PremierGarage of the Bay Area Team

Initially to attain this goal, a member of our Sales team, Steve Ocken, Sales manager; Mike Wislinsky, Owner; or John Hettich, owner; will personally meet with you at the installation site. They bring product samples, answer initial questions and work with you until your project specifications are determined. They then provide you with a firm quotation for the services you request.

Once you accept the quotation and are ready to proceed with the installation, the project is turned over to our Operations and Office staff to coordinate the details from the scheduling to the final billing. Bryn Hershberger, Operations Manager, will guide you through the scheduling and other installation details. She will remain in contact with you through the successful completion of your project. Kiri Woods, Office Manager, does a post job follow-up call to assure that the job was completed to your satisfaction. She then prepares the final billing and handles the receipt of payment for the project. Either Bryn or Kiri can help you with further questions prior to, during and after installation.

Our goal cannot be met without our dedication, trained and skilled installers. The majority of our installation crew members have been with us a year or longer. New installation crew members are hands-on trained by company owners and senior crew members. Regular crew meetings are held which are held which address safety, installation techniques, product updates and new processes. All employees are full-time, direct employees- not subcontractors.

Upon completion of your project, you will receive a survey to mail in to express your level of satisfaction with our products and services. Company owners, Mike Wislinsky and John Hettich, review the survey information to make sure you are completely satisfied.

We have a growing database of over 270 customer references, and for the asking, we can typically provide you with two or three references within a five to ten mile radius of your home.

You’re protected and we’re protected. PremierGarage of Colorado is fully insured carrying all necessary insurance coverage – General Liability, Worker Compensation and Automobile. Also, you are covered by, and provided with, a copy of our Product Warranty should any warranty issues arise.

PremierGarage of Colorado performs approximately 1,200 installations per year and has working relationships with over 45 home builders.
